While it has all of the style of this product, and it is always waterproof, it has a different core called WPC (wood plastic composite) that offers the highest level of protection against water and moisture build-up. You'll get all the wood, tile and stone looks and texturing features but, as they'll explain in the store, won't peel, flake or ripple.If a pipe bursts or an appliance floods, the flooring will absorb it.
